We proudly welcome Matej Vlach to the list of registered players. The first player to register out of the Czech Republic. Another great European baseball country to add to our list. Remember the Little League World Series of 2013 in Williamsport? The Czech team debuted with close losses to the later champions Japan (7-3) and Canada (4-3). But they eventually took home a well deserved win beating Great Lakes 5-3. Matej was not on the team but it shows the competitiveness of Czech youth baseball.

Matej is an 11 year old catcher and middle infielder for Baseball & Softball club Hluboka nad Vltanou and is also a member of the Praha baseball academy. We thank the Czech baseball Federation for assisting us in promoting our tournament on their website.
